- No parking filter
- Parking is essential for trades with vans and tools. SpareRoom lists 'parking' as a generic amenity. We make it a primary filter.
- No employer-specific pages
- Searching 'rooms near Hinkley Point' on SpareRoom returns nothing useful. We have dedicated pages for every major UK construction site.
- No short-term filter
- Contractors need 3-12 month lets. We filter by availability and minimum term.
